Did you know you could earn extra by referring candidates that help us expand our diversity pool? We have recently updated the terms of Sharekhan’s Employee Referral Programme. Now you can earn more by referring eligible candidates for the job openings in the organisation if they are from any of the below categories:
- Women candidates
- People with Disability (PwD)
- LGBTQIA+ candidates
As you can see, the initiative will benefit not only the company but also you.
We are hopeful that each one of you will continue to support us in helping make Sharekhan a more diverse and inclusive workplace.

Note: You are eligible for the applicable reward if the person you refer gets selected and completes three months in the organisation from the date of joining.

All the other conditions of employee referral remain the same as before and will be applicable on the updated terms.
