We would like to inform you that the Windows security patch deployment in all workstations in the Head Office (HO) locations and branches of Mirae Asset Sharekhan (MASK) has been scheduled for August 21, 2025. To ensure smooth deployment, we request your cooperation with the following:
Please be informed that:
- Please keep your desktop, laptop, and remote machines (if any) powered on with seamless Internet connectivity starting from August 21, 2025 (end of day) and for the following seven days, including Saturday, if possible.
- If your system prompts for a restart during this period, kindly restart immediately to allow the patch installation to complete successfully.
These updates are critical to ensure your system remains secure and protected from potential vulnerabilities. Timely patch deployment will help maintain a safe and compliant IT environment across the organisation.
This deployment is applicable to all employees in the HO locations and branches of MASK.
