CHECKLIST
Two sets of below mentioned documents are needed along with KYC:*
- Passport Copy and Visa copy.
- PAN card copy
- Foreign Address proof -Copy of Driving License/Foreign Passport/Utility Bills/Bank Statement (not more than 2 months)/Notarized copy of rent agreement/Leave & License agreement/ Sale Deed
- Indian Address proof if any,
- Two Passport size Photographs
- PIS Letter (We will arrange from Bank)

Two cheques
- Account service charges in favour of "Sharekhan Ltd".
- Cheque for Bank Initial Deposit amounting to Rs. 15000 in favour of "Client Name -Bank Name".
*All the above documents need to be self attested and to be provided in two sets- One for Sharekhan and one for Bank. In case, you are sending forms from overseas, please get all the documents attested by Indian Embassy/ consulate general/overseas banker/Notary. The attesting authority should affix a "verified with original" stamp, name, designation, signature and date on the said documents.
