Your well-being is important to Sharekhan and, as you are aware, Sharekhan is doing everything it can to keep you all safe. As part of its COVID-19 Fight Plan, the company’s Human Resources (HR) department maintains a daily report of the impact of COVID-19 on all staff so that it can provide the right assistance to employees in emergency situations and at the same time take the right measures to protect the health of not only the rest of the employees but also the communities the affected employees live in.
You are requested to inform your manager immediately if you are affected by COVID-19 in any of the four ways given below so that your manager can update the HR team and the company can do the needful.
4 possible impacts of COVID-19
- Confirmed Case: This means an individual with a confirmed positive case of COVID-19 identified and quarantined by the authorities
- 1st Degree Contact: An individual who is in close contact with a confirmed case or was within 2 meters of a confirmed case for more than 15 minutes
- 2nd Degree Contact: An individual who was within 2 meters of a 1st Degree Contact or suspected case or an area/complex/building that was locked down and sealed by the authorities on account of a confirmed case
- Flu Symptoms: An individual who has symptoms and is being tested for COVID-19
