The Sharekhan Code of Conduct (Sharekhan Code) is the foundation of the Sharekhan culture and provides clarity on questions relating to ethical conduct. It clearly states acceptable and unacceptable professional behaviours for the employees of Sharekhan and allows them to make good choices. As part of the ongoing Conduct Month in Sharekhan, we will bring to you the e-mailer series, Decoding the Code, so as to refresh your knowledge of the Sharekhan Code in an easy way. This is one e-mail series you will not want to miss because all Sherus must be familiar with the document and practise the Code every day. Spending a few minutes of your time on these mails will help you align with the conduct culture in Sharekhan.
The first 9 things you must know of the Sharekhan Code
