Dear Sherus,

We will enter the sixth week of the lockdown tomorrow. More than 95% of Sharekhan’s staff has been working from home for the past few weeks. You all have quickly adapted to the new way of working and business is running smoothly. I appreciate the effort you all are making to balance office work and home tasks in these tough conditions so that we can continue to service our customers in the lockdown.

I am sure it has not been easy and am keen to know how you are managing to fulfill your duties from the changed environment. Participate in this Lockdown Employee Feedback Survey 2020 to tell the management about your experience of working from home or at the office location in the lockdown. It is a five-minute survey and I want every Sheru to participate in it. Your feedback will help us to find the right solutions for you.
