Customer & Network engagement:

  • Engage with top clients of zones (meeting 20 clients per month/ daily 1 client) and support zonal team to retain them
  • Conduct events every month as per agreed plan with Zonal Head and Segment Head and ensure he/she achieves stipulated events targets

Terms and conditions of the employee referral programme

  1. The programme will not be applicable to:
    • Heads of functions/teams/branches (employees in a managerial/team lead role, recruiting for their own team direct/indirect reportees)
    • Cluster Heads and Group Heads
    • Branch Managers and Branch-in-Charges (recruiting for their own branch)
    • Staff of the HR department
    • Immediate Superior and above hierarchy
    • Employees in M5 and above grades
  2. You are eligible for the applicable reward if the person you refer gets selected and completes three months in the organisation from the date of joining.
  3. Referral payments will not be processed if the validation e-mails are not available.
  4. The employee referral programme is valid from January 29 to February 14, 2024.
