Everbridge Notification Tool Awarness

Dear All,

To receive Everbridge Notification, kindly follow the below steps:

What should I do as a user?

  • All staff should update their contact details.
    • Permanent and Non Permanent Employees of SK send their latest Primary mobile numbers to “Respective HR”. The same is uploaded on portal by the HR team.
    • If User is responding to a SMS, it should be from the same primary mobile number in which SMS has been received.
    • If not responded from the same number the reply will not be registered in Everbridge and will show as “Not confirmed”

Note: In case there is any change in the mobile numbers the same needs to be immediately updated as per the steps given above.

How will the message appear and as a user how do I respond?

  • Voice call – If call received from +44-2075951000 which is Everbridge UK no, attend the call, listen to notification message and respond by selecting appropriate option at the end of call.
  • SMS – If sms received from XX-57575475
    • Read the message and respond from the same registered Primary Mobile only by sending reply to number +919212420889 OR click the hyperlink provided in the SMS at the bottom of the notification
  • E-mail – If e-mail received from BCMTeam@bnpparibas.com
    noreply@everbridge.net or GSS-MICM@bnpparibas.com
    noreply@everbridge.net (for outlook users) or Noreply (for Lotus notes users).
    • Read the notification message in e-mail & click the hyperlink provided in the mail to acknowledge your response.

IMPORTANT: Please do not reply / reply all directly on the email. Reply via link only.

Note: If notification is received from all 3 modes, please reply to any one of the above mode which is easier.

Permanent Employees – Steps to follow to update mobile numbers

1) Login to the PeopleSoft tool using the below URL and Password
  Permanent and Non Permanent Employees of SK send their latest Primary mobile numbers to “Respective HR”. The same is uploaded on portal by the HR team.
2) Once you login click on
“Personal Information Summary” Option
3) Click on “Change phone numbers” Option
4) Kindly update your Mobile number as shown in the below screen shot and click on Save tab
 

Everbridge Notification – via Voice Call

Call notification is received from +44-2075951000, which is Everbridge UK no, attend the call and listen to the message and provide your response post message by clicking appropriate number.

Everbridge Notification – via SMS

Notification is received from XX-57575475 (starting two letters will change based on the exchange from which the sms is triggered.


Please send your appropriate response to the number mentioned in the notification message OR click on the link.
