You are invited to participate in the year’s first Focus Group Discussion by HR on March 16. It will be a virtual discussion among the women employees of Sharekhan moderated by the Chief Human Resource Officer of the company, Rajesh Shetty.
Sharekhan launched the “Focus Group Discussion by HR” initiative for its women employees under the Diversity and Inclusion umbrella in December 2020. In the inaugural sessions , various groups of women employees connected with each other and discussed the impact of COVID -19 on their personal and professional lives and the learnings from it. It was well received by the Sherus who attended and we want to open this platform for more to join and a be a part of these discussions.
This time the topic of discussion is “Capability Development for Women Employees”. Attend the session to help us understand the various ways in which our organisation can support you and help you grow professionally. Your feedback will help us strengthen our offerings for the women staff of the company.
