August 10, 2022

Unauthorised access is when someone gains logical or physical access without permission to a website, server, service or other system using someone else’s account or other methods. Unauthorised access could also occur if a user has the same password for multiple accounts or systems. Once the attacker gets the valid credential for one system, attacker tries to use the same to breach the other accounts or system of the same user, in a credential reuse attack.
