We rolled out the indicative rating exercise for appraisal of performance of the eligible staff in 2023 on October 30, 2023. Appraising managers have the responsibility to appropriately recognise superior performance, address insufficient performance, differentiate true performance levels and manage less performing employees accordingly.
If you have not completed the indicative rating exercise for your team member or team yet, please find time to complete this essential activity latest by tomorrow, that is November 8, 2023.
Please note that it is imperative to complete the exercise in the allotted time so that the entire process of performance appraisal can be completed within the deadlines set by the BNP Paribas Group.
