2006 - 2009: I started my journey in Pune as an IT consultant on the AceTP project, to be implemented for BNP Paribas Securities Services Milan, Frankfurt, Poland & Hungary. This early exposure in my career helped me develop strong functional knowledge into securities services domain working directly with operations users in Europe.

Looking back, I feel it was this experience which eventually led me to move from IT to business in the years to come. In 2013, I spent a year in Paris working again on AceTP Euronext markets implementation which provided me the experience to work in the most volatile & sought-after markets of securities services.
2014 - 2018: After returning from Paris, I moved from IT to Operations at BNP Paribas India branch to take over the custody operations of BP2S India and eventually becoming the Client Delivery Head (COO) for the business line. During this experience, I was exposed to the other business lines of CIB specifically global markets.
2018 - 2020: in my continued pursuit to seek newer challenges, I made a cross business line move to Global Markets as the COO for Securities India. Coming from a securities services background, I got an exceptional exposure working in Global Markets, which further enhanced my management and leadership skills.
