Is platelet donation safe? How do you donate platelets? To find answer to such questions, attend an awareness session on Friday, October 13, 2023 from 4pm to 5pm.

The awareness session will be followed by sample collection at Gigaplex office on Monday, October 16, 2023 between 12:30pm to 4:30pm.
The awareness session will be followed by sample collection at Ruby office on Tuesday, October 17, 2023 between 1:30pm to 4:30pm.
If you are found eligible for platelet donation, you will receive the confirmation e-mail with visiting details from delicia.dsouza@sharekhan.com by Friday, October 20, 2023, after which you can visit Tata Memorial Hospital, Parel.
Note:
- Eligible volunteers donating platelets at Tata Memorial Hospital will be eligible for a half-day CSR leave on the day of donation.
- If you donate during a weekend you will be eligible for compensatory half-day CSR leave which can be availed within 10 working days after the donation of platelets.
- Every employee is eligible for one day’s CSR leave within a calendar year, which can be taken as two half days. If you have already availed half-day CSR leave, you can avail the remaining half-day to participate in the platelet donation drive.
