We are pleased to unveil another part of ShareKonnect. Starting from today we are going live with the Employee Separation module on the Human Resource Management System. Employee separation is part and parcel of any business. An employee may separate from an organisation for various reasons including resignation, retirement, permanent incapacity, dismissal, discharge or death. Whatever maybe the reason behind it, employee separation is a critical process and we have just made it easy and simple for the employees exiting and the line managers handling exits by putting all the steps online.
The move is in keeping with our continuous efforts to digitalise all human resource activities of the organisation with a view to improving the employee experience. To know more about the new module, click the following link:
