NOTE:
- The targets for Branch Managers (BMs) have been shared with them.
- The targets for the Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) and Onboarding Team Leaders will be shared with them by Ms. Prapti Joshipura and Mr. Mandar Jambotkar respectively.
- The targets for the Sales Team Managers will be shared with them by their respective Regional Sales Managers (RSMs).
- The targets for the MFS Team Leaders and Investment Solutions Regional Heads / Team Managers will be shared with them by the Investment Solutions team.
Reach for 100 Stars incentives
- The incentive slabs for the equity RMs, CREs, Onboarding Executives (OEs), Sales Executives (SEs), Assistant Managers (AMs), Investment Specialists (ISs) and Mutual Fund Specialists (MFSs) are based on their total collection:

NOTE:
- These slabs will apply on the total collection done by an employee unlike the income tax slabs.
- That means, an employee will get flat 0.35% for his/her total collection, if it is more than Rs.5 lakh but less than Rs.25 lakh and a flat 0.40% for his/her total collection, if it is more than Rs.25 lakh.
Terms and conditions
- The amount has to be in the system for a minimum of three months.
- The incentive will be released after three months.
- A switch from an equity mutual fund scheme will not to be counted.
- The account has to be opened during the contest period.
- An additional 0.10% incentive will be given if clients remain in the system for one year.
- The mandate has to be collected from clients for the AMC debit.
- The incentive slabs for the BMs, CRE and Onboarding Team Leaders, Sales Team Managers, MFS Team Leaders and IS regional heads and Team Managers are as follows based on the total collection done by their teams.

Terms and conditions
- The incentive will be paid only on achieving 50% of the target given.
- The target for BMs will be calculated only on the total amount collected by the RMs.
- The target for a Sales Team Leader will be calculated only for the amount collected by the Sales team under him/her.
- The target for a CRE Team Leader will be considered only for the amount collected by the CRE team under him/her.
- The target for an Onboarding Team Leader will be considered only for the amount collected by the Onboarding team under him/her.
- The target for an MFS Team Leader will be considered only for the amount collected by the MFS team under him/her.
- The target for a Regional Head/Team Manager will be considered only for the amount collected by the ISs under him/her.
