Did you know that just like we can measure the customer satisfaction level of businesses using the Net Promoter Score (NPS), we can also measure the customer satisfaction level of the customer-facing staff? Our NPS team recently carried out an exercise to measure the NPS of the Relationship Managers, Mutual Fund Team Leaders and Mutual Fund Specialists, and the results were interesting.
Before we amaze you with the results, here is a quick word on how it was done. The NPS team selected the top 25 RMs from each cluster and compared their NPS to identify the top five with the highest NPS. For the Mutual Fund Team Leaders and Mutual Fund Specialists, all customers mapped to them were identified and surveyed.
