Dear Sheru,

We are happy to publish Sharekhan’s Code of Conduct (Code) in Hindi for the benefit of those who are more comfortable communicating in the language.

The Code of Conduct is the fundamental document of Sharekhan…the cornerstone of its culture. It applies to all managers and employees of Sharekhan and its associate companies. A good understanding of the Code helps the company’s staff to make the right decision and do the right thing in challenging situations even when no one is looking. The Code will also be our guide as we seek to make Vision 2025 a reality by imbibing the right values, practising the desirable culture and creating a compliant mindset among other things.

We hope the Hindi translation of the Code will prove to be a useful guide for you and contribute to the understanding of its rules better. Please note that English continues to be our official medium of communication.

हमारी आचार संहिता को हिंदी में प्रकाशित करने में हम बहुत प्रसन्न हैं । जो शेरू हिंदी भाषा में संवाद करने में अधिक सहज हैं इसका लाभ ले सकते हैं ।

आचार संहिता, शेअरखान का मौलिक दस्तावेज है...इसकी संस्कृति की आधारशिला है। यह शेअरखान और उसकी सहयोगी कंपनियों के सभी प्रबंधकों और कर्मचारियों पर लागू होता है। संहिता की अच्छी समझ से कंपनी के कर्मचारियों को सही निर्णय लेने और चुनौतीपूर्ण परिस्थितियों में सही काम करने में मदद मिलती है, भले ही कोई न देख रहा हो। संहिता हमारी मार्गदर्शिका भी होगी क्योंकि हम सही मूल्यों को आत्मसात करके, वांछनीय संस्कृति का अभ्यास करके, और अन्य बातों के साथ एक अनुरूप मानसिकता बनाकर विजन २०२५ को एक वास्तविकता बनाना चाहते हैं।
