Accordingly,IIFL Wealth Advisors (India) Limited stands amalgamated with IIFL Wealth Management Limited, effective today i.e.December 27, 2019; 2020 The company would like to inform that IIFL Wealth Finance Limited has completed the acquisition of 100% of the paid- up share capital of L&T Capital Markets Limited (LTCM) on a fully diluted basis from L&T Finance Holdings Limited on 24 April 2020. Accordingly, with effect from 24 April 2020, LTCM has become a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. 2021 -IIFL Wealth Management announced that the meeting of the Resource Raising Committee of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 18 November 2021, to inter-alia consider the offer and issue of secured redeemable non convertible debentures upto Rs. 250 crore (including but not limited to principal protected market linked/non-principal protected/structured product/ fixed coupon/deep discount/zero coupon) by the Company on a private placement basis. -Presently the distribution of financial products businesses of IIFL Wealth Management Limited are carried on under three wholly owned subsidiaries viz. IIFL Wealth Capital Markets Limited ('IWCML') and IIFL Wealth Prime Limited ('IWPL') and IIFL Wealth Distribution Services Limited ('IWDSL'). With a view to consolidate the above distribution businesses under a single wholly owned subsidiary, The company is proposed to demerge the distribution business from IWPL and IWCML to IWDSL. 2023 -The Company has issued Bonus Shares in the Ratio of 1:1. -The Company has splits its face value from Rs. 2/- to Rs. 1/-. -The Company name has changed to 360 One Wam Ltd. from IIFL Wealth Management Ltd. 2025 -The NCLT Approved scheme of amalgamation of MAVM Angels Network Pvt.Ltd. with and into 360 ONE Distribution Services Ltd., both wholly owned subsidiaries of the Company. -The Company has informed the Exchange about Acquisition of entire business undertaking of discretionary and non-discretionary portfolio management services business of Credit Suisse Securities (India) Pvt.Ltd. -The Company has Informed Exchange about acquisition of entire fully paid up equity share capital of Batlivala & Karani Finserv Pvt.Ltd.
