We highlight here that Adani Gas had signed a business transfer agreement in November 2020 for acquisition geographical areas (Gas) of Jalandhar, Ludhiana and Kutch (East) in November. In our view, Adani Gas could participate in the re-bidding of the above GAs (as and when conducted by the regulator) and thus scrapping would not impact company’s aim to expand in CGD GAs
