B A Kale as a whole-time director and CEO of the Company. 2008 -Company has Created Email ID for the purpose of registering complaints by investors sunil_zore@welspun.com. 2014 - Welspun Syntex Ltd has appointed Ms.Mala Todarwal as woman independent director of the Company 2015 -The Company has changed its name from Welspun Syntex Ltd to AYM Syntex Ltd. -Welspun Corp bags order of 90k MT 2016 -Name of the Company Welspun Syntex Ltd. shall be changed to AYM Syntex Ltd. and the trading symbol of the Company shall be changed from WELSYNTEX to AYMSYNTEX. 2025-AYM Syntex Ltd. has informed the Exchange about update on the Scheme of Amalgamation of Mandawewala Enterprises Limited with AYM Syntex Limited.
