Company Info

The company was incorporated in 1985. The company manufactures Texurised and Twisted Yarn. ACTIVITIES 1988-89 : The sales for the 4 months ended on 31st July, 1989 are 338 MTs of processed yarn valued at Rs.7.50 crores for the corresponding period of the previours year. The sales during this period was affected due to strikes by consumer weavers during the part of the period and partly due to restrictions in raw material supplies. 1990-91 : The Process Income for the four months ending 31s July, 1991 is 333 MT valuing in aggregate to Rs.1.93 lacs as against 275 MT including 213 MT of processed yarn, valuing in aggregate to Rs.1.36 crores for tthe corresponding period of the previous year. EXPANSION/DIVERSIFICATION/MODERNISATION 1988-89 : Additional Registrations have been obtained for substantially expanding the existing capacities. 2004 -The company has recommended dividend of Rs 0.50 per share 2008 -The company has designated E-mail ID for Investors Complaints: kmved@rediffmail.com 2012 -Bluechip Tex has approved recommendation of a final dividend @ 0.75 paise per Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each. 2013 -Bluechip Tex Industries Ltd has Recommendation of final dividend @ 0.90 paise per Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each. 2014 -Bluechip Tex Industries Ltd has recommendation of declaring the final dividend @ Rs. 1.20/- per equity share of Rs. 10/- each. 2015 -Bluechip Tex Industries Ltd has recommended a dividend of 12% amounting to Rs.1.20 per share of Rs.10/- each. 2024 - The Company Bagging a Project from Assam Government in ESI Primary Healthcare Centres in Assam State. -The Company Successfully completed BioSter sterilization solution Project in United States.
