The family has been in the business of Soya Oil and Papers for last four decades. We had been in the business of export of soya oil until year 1996 and due to recession in the said Industry, the said business was discontinued. The Company thereafter has been engaged in the business of Textile, Fabric and Yarn trading and other commission agency business. The Company has been listed on BSE since 1982. 2012 -Mr. Prabhakar Belnekar as Additional Directors of the Company. 2013 -Comfort Securities Ltd ("Manager to the Offer") has informed regarding Open Offer for acquisition of 33,95,600 equity shares of Rs. 10 each. 2015 -Grandma Trading & Agencies has splits its face value from Rs. 10 to Rs. 1
