Glascoat, which was established in the year 1991, was a leading manufacturer of glass lined equipment at the time. 2019 -Company name has changed to HLE Glasscoat Ltd. from Swiss Glasscoat Equipments Ltd.. -In 2019, the operating businesses of HLE and Glascoat were integrated via a scheme of arrangement and the resulting company was renamed `HLE Glascoat Limited'. 2022 -The Company has splits its face value from Rs. 10/- to Rs. 2/-. 2024 -The Company Informed Merger between HLE Glascoat Limited and Kinam Enterprise Private Limited.
