The Company was originally incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 as a private limited Company on 24th September 1996 as Kriti Sadev Private Limited. The Company subsequently changed its name from Kriti Sadev Private Limited to Kriti Nutrients Private Limited with effect from 28th February 2007 on receipt of fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon change of name from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs. The company further converted into public limited company w.e.f. 12.06.2007. In terms of the Scheme of Arrangement between with KIIL and KNL and their respective shareholders, which has become effective on 1st January 2010, the Solvent Division of KIIL stood transferred and vested with the Company. OBJECTIVES: To carry on the business of manufacturing, processing, buying, refining, selling, importing, exporting and otherwise dealing in vegetable oil, oils made or processed from seeds, cotton seeds, coconut and products of plantations, horticulture, agriculture and forest produce or by-products thereof, oilseeds, vegetable ghee, oleaginous and saponaceous substances and all kinds of by product or ingredients thereof. 2010 -Kriti Nutrients got its shares listed in the stock exchange. 2011 -Kriti Nutrients has recommended a dividend of Rs. 0.15 per share (15%) 2012 -Kriti Nutrients has recommended a dividend of Rs. 0.15 per share (15%) 2013 -Kriti Nutrients has recommended dividend of Rs. 0.06 per share (6%). 2014 -Kriti Nutrients has recommended dividend of Rs. 0.10 per share (10%).
