Subsequently, the Company was converted into Public Company pursuant to Shareholders resolution passed at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held on January 02, 2017 and the name of the Company was changed to Manomay Tex India Limited and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent upon conversion from Private Company to Public Company dated January 06, 2017 was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Jaipur.
