Accordingly the Board met on October 4, 2002 and decided to issue 207075 shares to Interpro Scribe Ltd. 2003 -Assessed at Maturity Level 4 in the Capability Maturity Model (CMM) for software of the Software Engineering Institute (SEI) 2004 -Board approves the proposal for merger / amalgamation XIUS India Ltd with the Company, based on the valuation report submitted by M/s Pricewaterhouse Coopers Pvt Ltd.
