The company obtained commencement of business certificate on 6th December, from the Registrars of Companies Maharashtra at Bombay. 1991 - The name of the company was changed to AUTORIDERS MERCANTILE & FINANCE LIMITED, on 1st July, after the Autoriders Group took over the management of the company. 1994 - The company changed its name to the present name on 21st March and received a fresh certificate of incorporation from the Registrars of Companies, Maharashtra at Bombay. 2000 - The company shall set-up and implement Gold Refinery Project with technical assistance from M/s. Handy & Harman, USA. - Preferential Issue of shares to allot 50 lakh equity shares to OCBs. - The Company, Global Trust Bank Ltd holds 40 lakh equity shares of the company. 2002-Agee Gold Refiners Ltd has informed the following changes: Mr Chintan Amarish Patel and Mr Tapan Mukesh Patel are appointed as Additional Directors of the Company w e f April 29, 2002. Mr Sanjay Gupta ceased to be an Executive Director w e f April 16, 2002 on expiry of his tenure as an Executive Director.
