A fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon change of name on conversion to a public company was granted by the RoC on April 12, 2003. Subsequently, the Company was converted from a public limited company to a private limited company pursuant to a special resolution passed at an EGM held on November 26, 2007 and the name of the Company was changed to Shriram Properties Private Limited. A fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon change of name on conversion to private limited company was granted by the RoC on February 14, 2008. the Company was converted from a private limited company to a public limited company pursuant to a special resolution passed at an EGM held on September 18, 2009 and the name of the Company was changed to Shriram Properties Limited.
