SIBAR AUTO PARTS LIMITED was originally incorporated as a Private Limited Company by name "Sibar Auto Parts Private Limited" on 19th February, 1983 vide Certificate of Incorporation No.01-3817 issued by Registrar of Companies, Hyderabad. The Shareholders, in the Extraordinary General Meeting held on 3.3.94 have decided to convert the Company into Public Limited and to change the name as " Sibar Auto Parts Limited.' The Company has obtained Fresh Certificate of Incorporation with change of name on 13/6/1994 from the Registrar of Companies. The Company is presently engaged in manufacturing and marketing of Aluminium Hard Chrome Plated Cylinder kits mainly for Two Wheelers upto engine capacity 150 CC. This is the only known Company in India producing Aluminium chrome plated Cylinder kits other than for captive use and for the replacement market. The Company's products conforms to the requisite quality requirements of the international markets. There is a good demand for this product both in the domestic and international markets. The product is suitable for replacement in vehicles produced by several leading companies in the world like PEUGOT, PIAGGIO, TVS, ENFIELD INDIA LTD, HERO MAJESTIC, KINETIC MOTORS LTD etc. The exports touched Rs. 174 Lakhs in 1993-94 from a modest Rs. 3 Lakhs in 1990-91, which works out to 90.88 % of the total Sales Turnoverduring the year which, perhaps, is indicative of the potentiality of the product in the international market. Though the response from the importers and domestic dealers are quite encouraging, due to limitation of installed capacity the Company is unable to meet the export demand and the domestic market demand.
