A fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon conversion to public limited Company was issued by the Assistant Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad on June 06, 2017. Major Events and Milestones: 2008 - Incorporation of the Company 2017 - Conversion of Private Limited Company to Public Limited Company. 2019 -Trident Texofab Commenced Commercial Production/Operations At Hojiwala, Sachin-Surat. 2020 -The Company has issued Bonus Shares in the Ratio of 14:10.
