Brief History of the Company The Company was originally incorporated as Trident Texofab Private Limited on September 05, 2008 with the Assistant Registrar of Companies, Gujarat, Dadra and Nagar Havelli as a private limited company under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956. Subsequently the Company was converted into public limited Company pursuant to shareholders resolution passed at the Annual General Meeting held on May 24, 2017 and the name of the Company was changed to Trident Texofab Limited. A fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon conversion to public limited Company was issued by the Assistant Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad on June 06, 2017. Major Events and Milestones: 2008 - Incorporation of the Company 2017 - Conversion of Private Limited Company to Public Limited Company. 2019 -Trident Texofab Commenced Commercial Production/Operations At Hojiwala, Sachin-Surat. 2020 -The Company has issued Bonus Shares in the Ratio of 14:10. 2021-The Company has started its commercial production/operations from the Shuttle Less Brand New Flexible Rapier Loom at the Manufacturing unit of the Company, Surat
