Thereafter, Our Company was converted in to a public limited company pursuant to a special resolution passed by our shareholders at the EGM held on January 12,2018 and consequently name was changed to "Veeram Infra Engineering Limited" (VIEL) vide fresh certificate of incorporation dated January 29, 2018 issued by Registrar of Companies, Gujarat, Dadra and Nagar Havelli.The CIN of the Company is U70100GJ1994PLC021483. 2019 -Company name has changed to Vivid Mercantile Ltd. from Veeram Infra Engineering Ltd.. 2020 -The Company has issued Bonus Shares in the Ratio of 26:100. 2024 -The Company has splits its face value from Rs. 10/- to Rs. 1/-.
