• Drive digital programs and campaigns for products with limited or no online journeys, including LAS, LAMF, Mirae Asset Sharekhan Education and Life Insurance.
• Plan, strategize and execute digital campaigns aimed at cross-selling and up-selling to relevant client segments.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, analytics and technology teams to design and implement targeted digital campaigns & integrating it with lead management system for closure.
• Monitor campaign performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversion, ROI) and optimize for better outcomes.
• Ensure all campaigns align with brand, compliance, and regulatory guidelines.
• Leverage automation tools and analytics to personalize client communication and improve campaign efficiency.
• Identify new opportunities to digitally position offline products and enhance their customer reach.
Contributing Responsibilities
• Support the development and execution of digital engagement strategies to enhance product visibility and client experience.

• Innovating new methods to digitally position non-online products and streamline customer journeys.
• Product focused planned report and status update every week to the respected teams.
• Driving and tracking of Lead gen conversion of numbers for each product
• Provide feedback and insights to optimize digital program effectiveness
