Our Company was incorporated as "Abhishek Integrations Limited" at Ahmedabad on November 10, 2017, under theprovisions of the Companies Act, 2013 vide certificate of incorporation issued by Registrar of Companies, CentralRegistration Centre.On March 1, 2021, our company has taken over going concern business of Abhishek Associates ("firm") w.e.f. March 1,2021 and for which our company paid consideration of ` 2,43,81,834/- (Two Crores Forty Three Lakhs Eighty OneThousand Eight Hundred and Thirty Four only - including GST at a rate of 18%). All the ongoing projects of AAI whichwere forming part of work in progress in firm are transferred to our company as per business transfer agreement.Moreover, all the project deposits given by the firm to AAI are transferred to our company. 2023 -The Company has issued Bonus Shares in the Ratio of 1:1. -The Company awarded work order for Assistance in electrical operation and maintenance at R&WM. -The Company has informed the Exchange regarding 'alloted coal/coal products of ECL through eAuction '. 2024 -The Company awarded for the work contract ARMO of Electrical and Mechanical Installations 2024 - 25 at Visakhapatnam Airpor 2025 -The Company has awarded the contract for Electrical & Mechanical installation in operational area at Aurangabad Airport for two years having total contract value of Rs. 131.03 Lakhs'. -The Company has awarded the contract for the wok of Facility Management Contract of E and M Installations at Imphal Airport,having total contract value of Rs. 307.30 Lakhs. -The Copany has awarded the contract for the wok of ARMO of Electrical and Mechanical Installations at Visakhapatnam Airport. having total contract value of Rs. 136.83 Lakhs'.
