Further pursuant to a resolution passed by our shareholders at Extra Ordinary General meeting held on January 20, 2016 name of our Company was changed from "Sharda Edible Product Private Limited" to "Abram Food Private Limited" and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation pursuant to change in name of the Company dated February 02, 2016 was issued by the Registrar of Companies, NCT of Delhi.
