As on date of this Red Herring Prospectus, the Corporate Identification Number of our Company is U93000RJ2017PLC057939.KEY EVENTS AND MILESTONES:2017- Incorporation of Company2024- Alteration in Memorandum of Association due to increase in Authorized share capital. The Authorized Share Capital was increased from existing Rs. 1,00,000/- to Rs. 25,00,00,000/-- Alteration of Name clause of Memorandum of Association.
