It is presently engaged in setting up of the Open End Spinning Unit for the manufacture of export quality coarse cotton yarn with an installed capacity of 2992 M T per annum. 2024 -The Company name has changed to Adhata Global Ltd. from MV Cotspin Ltd. 2025 -The company has entered into a Terms sheet with Signature Pannel Pvt Ltd to do anchor marketing of about 30% production of the plant of Signature Pannel Pvt Ltd.
