Its head office is located in Mumbai, India. 1984 - Sat Industries Ltd was incorporated on the 24th November 1984 in the state of Maharashtra is engaged in the business of international marketing , global business and creating and acquiring manufacturing facilities specially in the field of plastic products. 2007 -Members of the Extraordinary General meeting held on the 10th of March 2007 had authorized the Board of Directors of the company for commencing and undertaking all or any of the businesses specified in subclauses 83, 110 & 123. - On 24th September 2007 company had decided to enter into a Joint Venture for construction and real estate development activities in Kuwait.
