The name of the company was changed from `AFCOM HOLDINGS PRIVATE LIMITED' to `AFCOM HOLDINGS LIMITED', consequent to conversion of our company from private limited company to public limited company, pursuant to Special Resolution passed by the shareholders of our Company in the Extra-ordinary General Meeting held on 27th March, 2023, and a fresh certificate of incorporation consequent to change of name was issued by ROC, Chennai on 11th July, 2023. The corporate identification number of our company is U51201TN2013PLC089652.Major Events and Milestones:2021-Appointed TTK group one of the largest GSA companies in India as our GSA for revenue development-DSV Air & Sea Private Limited world's second largest Freight Forwarder had signed agreement with us for both export and import services and for our services awarded the best vendor in the very first year2023-Conversion of Private Limited company to Public Limited Company2024-Registration of Boeing 737-800 MSN No.28617 2025 -The Company has been honoured with the prestigious Fast-Growing Cargo Freighter of the Year 2025.
