SUBSIDIARIES OF THE COMPANY The company has no subsidiaries within the meaning of Section 4 of the Companies Act, 1956. 2008 -Choksh Infotech Ltd has appointed Mr. Arikatla Srinivasa Reddy and Mrs. D malathy as additional director on the Board of the Company. - Company name has been changed from Choksh Infotech Ltd to Ajel Infotech Ltd. 2010 -Company has changed its name from Ajel Infotech Ltd. to Ajel Ltd. 2011 - Clutch recognizes Ajel as one of the leading IT services firms in India 2012 -Ajel has signed up with DELL to provide IT consulting services globally - Ajel has signed up with DIEBOLD to provide IT consulting services -Ajel has signed an MOU with ITON Corp to provide services and solutions in the middle east. -Ajel has signed an MOU with Zylog 2013 - Ajel has strategically partnered with SAS. - Ajel has been confirmed as a Capacity Partner for CA Technologies.
