The Company was originally incorporated at Chandigarh as "Ajooni Biotech Private Limited" on 17thFebruary, 2010 under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 vide Certificate of Incorporation issued by the Registrar of Companies, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh and Chandigarh. Consequent upon the conversion of our Company to public limited company, the name of our Company was changed to "Ajooni Biotech Limited" and fresh certificate of incorporation dated 27th September, 2017 was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Punjab & Chandigarh at Chandigarh. In the year 2010, Mr. Gurmeet Singh father of Mr. Jasjot Singh along with others put the first brick of foundation of our Company in the name of M/s Ajooni Biotech Private Limited. He began with himself sourcing of raw material and manufacturing of cattle feeds & Feed suppliments and selling them. Lateron, Mr. Jasjot Singh joined the business to increase the spectrum and volume of operations. We are engaged in manufacturing, producing, processing and supplying of Cattle feed, Nutrients related to cattle feed and manufacturing & production of Animal health care suppliments.We are registered with Department of Industries, Govt. of Punjab as Small Scale Industry (SSI) and also registered with Department of Dairy Development, Govt of Punjab. MAJOR EVENTS AND MILESTONES 2010 Incorporation of the Company in the name and style of "Ajooni Biotech Private Limited" 2013 Alteration in the Object Clause of Memorandum of Association of the Company. 2015 Entered into business agreement with Patanjali Gramudyog Nayas, Maharishi Dayanand Gram (Haridwar) 2016 Change of Registered office from Union Terriotory of Chandigarh to State of Punjab 2017 Acquisition of Trademarks from Ms. Ishneet Kaur vide agreement dated 4th September, 2017 2017 Conversion of Company into Public Limited Company. 2021 -The Company has issued Bonus Shares in the Ratio of 1:9. 2022 -The company issued rights shares of Rs. 2 in the ratio of 29:30 at a premium of Rs. 4 per share. - The Company has splits its face value from Rs. 10- to Rs. 2-. 2024 -The company issued rights shares of Rs. 2 in the ratio of 1:1 at a premium of Rs. 3 per share. -The Company Receives BIS Certification & ISI Mark for Mineral Mixture Product. -The Company Acquisition of 555,000 Sq. Yards of Land for Moringa Plantation in Patan District, Gujarat. -The Company Launches Innovative Moringa Project in Bikaner to Boost Animal Nutrition and Renewable Energy. -The Company Partners with UAMMCL to Revolutionise PURE VEG. Cattle Feed and Moringa Production. 2025 -The Company Informed regarding commencement of commercial production at newly installed manufacturing facilities and receipt of new orders of Rs. 27 Crores.
