The Company was incorporated as "Antony Waste Handling Cell Private Limited", a private limited company under the Companies Act, 1956, pursuant to a certificate of incorporation issued by the RoC on January 17, 2001. Thereafter, the company was converted into a public limited company pursuant to a special resolution passed by Shareholders of the Company at the Extraordinary General Meeting held on December 12, 2018.
