Subsequently, the Company was converted into a public limited company and the name of the Company was changed to "Jiya Eco-Products Limited" vide a Fresh Certificate of Incorporation Consequent upon Change of Name on Conversion to Public Limited Company dated February 11, 2014.At the time of incorporation the Registered Office was situated at 133/E, Alkok Asdown Road, Juna Bundar Road, Bhavnagar - 364001, Gujarat. Subsequently, the Registered Office was shifted to G - 6/7 B, Ruturaj Complex, Opp. A.V. School Ground, Crecent Road, Bhavnagar - 364001, Gujarat with effect from July 11, 2014.Key Events & Milestone:2011-Incorporation the Company 2012 September -Setting up of manufacturing unit at Navagam, Bhavnagar2013-Ventured into manufacturing of pellets2014-Conversion of Company into Public Company-Free tractor to the Company by the Government of Gujarat for Nirmal Bharat Abhiyan-ISO 9001:2008 Certificate of Registration2018-The Company has issued Bonus Shares in the Ratio of 1:1.
