Our Company was originally incorporated as a private limited company under the name of "Arisinfra Solutions Private Limited" on February 10, 2021, under the Companies Act, 2013, registered with the RoC, pursuant to a certificate of incorporation dated February 11, 2021, issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Registration Centre. Thereafter, our Company was converted into a public limited company pursuant to a resolution passed by our Board at its meeting held on May 31, 2024 and a special resolution passed by our Shareholders at their extraordinary general meeting held on May 31, 2024, and the name of our Company was changed to "Arisinfra Solutions Limited", and a fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon conversion from a private limited company to a public limited company was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre on July 29, 2024.Major Events and Milestones:2021- Incorporation of ArisUnitern Re Solutions Private Limited (formerly, ArisUnitern Private Limited) through which we offer a range of value added services2022- Delivered 2 million metric tonnes of construction materials in a period of 12 months ended March 31, 2022- Introduced 'ArisFlow' on a pilot basis, to automate and simplify deal closure2023- Expanded our footprint into major cities across North and South India, including Bangalore, Nashik, Noida, and Ranchi, broadening our offering of construction materials.- Launched AAC Blocks distributed to regular transacting customers- Introduced 'ArisDelivery' to optimize delivery operations- Launched a data assisted AI agent in March for real-time data access and comprehensive business analysis from a messaging app integrated with our technology2025-The Company has announced strategic partnerships with Mumbai-based Transcon Group and Bengaluru based  Amogaya Projects.-Arisinfra Solutions Ltd. has secured a purchase order from Eternity Structures Pvt.Ltd. for a Development Management Mandate worth Rs. 35 Crore.-Arisinfra Partners with The House of W, Unlocks approximately Rs. 300 crore Annual Sanityware Capacity  to Boost Project Execution.-Arisinfra Solutions Ltd. has been awarded a contract by Transcon's group for end-to-end supply of Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC), Steel, Cement, Chemicals, Plumbing, Electrical, and Finishing Products -Arisinfra deliver Rs. 340 Crore of Integrated Supply and Services under Long-Term Agreement with Transcon for Landmark Projects in Mumbai.
