Ltd., became a subsidiary of the company during 1986, This subsidiary undertook to manufacture water-coolers-cum-heaters under the brand name "HOT IN COLD", Trial operations commenced in June 1987. Pelican Construction Ltd., become a subsidiary of the company during 1987-88. The company has also diversified its activities into the field of imports, consumer durables and real estate business. 2007 -The Company has designated an E-mail ID for Investors Complaints:atmldelhi@yahoo.com. 2024 -The company issued rights shares of Rs. 10 in the ratio of 1:4 at a premium of Rs. 10 per share.
