Pursuant to a special resolution passed by our Shareholders in the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting held on July 29, 2024, our Company was converted from a private limited company to public limited company and consequently, the name of our Company was changed to "Ashutosh Fibre Limited" and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated April 21, 2025 was issued to our Company by the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre. The present CIN of our Company is U24299GJ1985PLC007831.Major Events and Milestones:2019- Company achieved a turnover of ? 50 Crore.2023- Received the Silver Award from SRTEPC for Outstanding Export Performance in Specialty Yarns.2024i. Conversion of the company from Private Limited to Public Limitedii. Company achieved a turnover of ? 100 Crore2025- Installation and Commissioning of a 5MW DC/4MW AC solar ground mounted plant.
