Further, our Company was converted from a private limited company to public limited company pursuant to special resolution assed in the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting of the company dated July 24, 2023 and consequently, the name of our Company was changed from "Australian Solar Panel (India) Private Limited" to "Australian Premium Solar (India) Limited" and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated August 03, 2023 was issued to our Company by the Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad. The Corporate Identification Number of our Company is U40300GJ2013PLC075244.MAJOR EVENTS:2013 Our Company was incorporated as a private limited company under the name "Australian Solar Panel (India) Private Limited".2013 The name of our company was changed from "Australian Solar Panel (India) Private Limited" to "Australian Premium Solar (India) Private Limited",2023 Conversion of our company from Private Limited to Public Limited Company 2024 -The Company has received New Purchase Orders of total Rs. 56,52,60,500 /for supply of APS Solar Panels and Moncrystalline Solar PV Modules. -The Company has received New Purchase Orders of total Rs. 36,43,75,937/- for supply of APS Solar Panels and APS Solar Inverters. -The Company Company has received New Purchase Orders of total Rs. 19,05,11,815/- for supply of APS - DCR & Non DCR Bificial - 540 WP and APS - Inverters.
