The company is taking necessary steps to get the Company Law Board approval for inclusion of Property Development business in the object clause of the Memorandum of Association. 2006 -Company has changed its name from Dugar Housing Development India Ltd. to J-Paq Global Solutions Ltd. 2008 -Company name has been changed from J-Paq Global Solutions Ltd to Dugar Housing Developments Ltd. 2025-The Company name has changed to Axentra Corp Ltd. from Dugar Housing Developments Ltd..
