PCMS/QMS/1601-2012 March 31, 2012 - Turnover of the company crossed Rs. 100 crores February 11, 2013 - The Company was awarded NSIC-CRISIL SE 2B rating for its high performance capability and moderate financial strength August 10, 2013 - The Company was registered for ISO 14001:2004 vide certificate no. 22608. August 10, 2013 - The Company was registered for OHSAS 18001:2004 vide certificate no. 22611. September 30, 2013 - The Company issued Bonus Shares in the ratio of 2:1 (Two Equity shares for every one share held) November 21, 2013 - The Company was converted into Public Limited Company vide fresh certificate of incorporation dated November 21, 2013. 2014 -Board of Directors of the Company has appointed Mr. Naveen Kumar as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company. 2015 - B C Power Controls has received ratings for its bank loan facilities from the leading credit rating agency India Ratings & Research. 2018 -The Company has splits its face value from Rs. 10/- to Rs. 2/-. -Company Received IPF Fastest Growing Manufacturing Company Award 2018.
