    7 Nov 2025 , 10:27AM Bajaj Housing Finance Q2 Results: 18% growth in its net profit, asset quality stable: The Company reported PAT at Rs. 643 crore for Q2FY26, up by 18% YoY. The firm’s revenue from operations rose 14% YoY to Rs 2,755 crore. The NIM contracted by 10 bps YoY to 4% in Q2FY26, as against 4.1% in the year-ago period. The company’s loan losses and provisions grew to Rs. 50 crore, from Rs. 5 crore a year back . The asset quality improved slightly, GNPA decreased by 3 bps YoY to 0.26% in Q2FY26, compared to 0.29% in the corresponding period of last year. However, its net NPA (NNPA) remained stable at 0.12%. Assets under management meanwhile grew 24% YoY to Rs 1.27 lakh crore.

Further, our Company was specified as a `financial institution' by the Ministry of Finance, by notification dated December 18, 2015 for the purpose of the SARFAESI Act.
