Our Company was incorporated as "Billionbrains Garage Ventures Private Limited" on January 9, 2018, as a private limited company under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, pursuant to a certificate of incorporation dated January 17, 2018, issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Registration Centre. Pursuant to the Scheme of Amalgamation, approved by the National Company Law Tribunal, Bengaluru Bench on March 28, 2024, Groww Inc., our erstwhile holding company was amalgamated into and with our Company.
